{Solved}Qtractor(0.7.0) Midi track to Audio Export Freeze

Hello,

I am a first time linux user(and also First time music maker..)
I am currently using KXStudio's qtractor build(version 0.7.0)
Everything is perfectly fine with qtractor(atleast so far) but Only one problem
I do a lot of synthesized music and want to export a midi track to audio file(*.flac or *.wav)
So,i have done this way Track->add track->MIDI->(In Plugins tab)add Calf organ(lv2 plugin..).
Now,Created a new midi clip by Clip->new
Composed some music....(Screeshot below screen-1.png)

Finally,saved it and started to export to audio track by right-click->export->audio->selected session and master output->and presses ok to export to (*.wav)

(screen-2.png)

At some point it just freezes of and stay there forever(screen-3.png)

after 5 minutes it just stays there(screen-4.png)

but i tried the same thing in ardour and lmms but worked flawlessly is it software thing or i have done something wrong???

i know i could record the audio in other audio editor but it would be a hassle to do so(even though jack makes it esay)

thank u so much for help and wonderful software

probably a known problem related to JACK's alsa_in/alsa_out adapters, aka. "ALSA Bridge" on KXStudio's JACK frontend (Cadence), conflicting with jackd-freewheel run mode.

if it's the case, turn off or stop the so called alsa-bridge (from cadence) and try again; hopefully it won't freeze anymore on qtractor (or ardour) export procedure.

hth.
cheers

yes, disabled alsa-bridges(or cadence snd-aloop daemon)...
Thanks rncbc
Now everything is fine, midi-audio export won't freeze
But ardour and lmms works fine even with alsa-bridges enabled
Anyway no problem i can disable alsa-bridges
Oh God!!! there's another problem audio export works fine without freezing(or crashing) but the actual audio file is empty
i exported in both(flac & wav) formats and played in vlc,audacious,smplayer,ffmpeg,snd,audacity but the time,bit depth,sample rate information is present
but don't contain the actual sound,I can send u audio files but where to upload it, i am new to linux audio
after long endevour of searching for daw i settled with qtractor please help me...

do you have any MIDI instrument plugin on the MIDI track you're trying to export?
if you don't how do you expect to it render any audio at all on export?

hth.
cheers

Yes i had Calf Organ(lv2) plugins on MIDI track
Anyway i had the test files uploaded(above)
So please check it with u tell me what is the problem??

you have dedicated audio output ports on your MIDI Track 1! (see attachment qtractor-926-6707-1.png).
-- dedicated audio output ports are not rendered on audio export, only (internal) audio output buses;
please, turn off dedicated audio outputs option and retry audio export on Master output bus (the default).

cheers
