if you mean the mixer (View > Windows > Mixer), answer is a definitely yes--the mixer is a normal top-level window just with the option to stay always on top.

if you can't resize it then probably you have a "not-so-normal" window manager running in there.

cheers

Hello Thanks
what i mean is : in mixer On right top . i have only a cross to close the window, i can not minimize or enlarge it.
The solution is to select to border to increase width or height.
I use ubuntu studio 20.04

that is not what I have here (kwin): the "maximize" button next to the "close" button on the mixer window top frame is meant to be always there...

don't really know what XfceWM or whatever is smoking :) maybe that's one reason (rather just a nitpick sure) for what UbuntuStudio is about to switch to KDE Plasma on its next release?

cheers

ps. but you can still resize the mixer window anyway, by dragging the window frame borders, can't you?
pps. although losing its main purpose you may try turning off this View > Options... > General > Options > Keep tool windows always on top.

thanks
its ok now with View > Options... > General > Options > Keep tool windows always on top.
