of course it does not build :)
qsynth 0.5.2 was released *before* fluidsynth 2.0.0.
try git head master instead ;)
but take special caution: qsynth will crash as soon you start more than one engine, due to a fluidsynth-2.0.0 bug (already fixed upstream).
