Is it possible to use these knobs for panning in qtractor?

Why do they only deliver two values?
it must be something that you tell or configure on the keyboard side, maybe there's a mod switch on the keyboard or something... you'll probably have to read the keyboard's user manual, perhaps...

note that the knob is sending MIDI CC#16 (General Purpose 1 MSB) on MIDI channel 1 (B0 10 xx) and values should actually range from 0 to 127 (xx=00..7F), continuously.
