I am sorry but that file is no longer available on the official release repository, if that's what you're asking (and if ever was there to start with)...
maybe someone else out there can chime in to the rescue--I just can't help you there, sorry again.

reasons for not having non-GNU/Linux deliverables, namely macosx and windows, are due to the former release-engineer, who was doing it on a pure voluntary basis, is not able to maintain it anymore.
