and to fix it you just need to switch the MIDI output bus to "Master" and back to "CCAuto" immediately, no need to save and reload.

howver I don't have the slightest clue why it behaves like that and kinda reluctant to spend time in investigating this erm... glitch :/

is it so important or critical for you?
