Ah, I see - thanks for confirming. I have a default template automatically loaded, which would explain this behaviour.
With regard to the audio "jump", I wanted to include the audio just in case you couldn't reproduce, but in any case, I've now opened a new ticket and uploaded a qtz with all audio stripped out. I've uploaded a separate audio file too though (please see bug for details).
