Either it's back, or it didn't go away at all

If you record audio on a track, the problem appears again.

The steps to play it now are:
1) Activate the record button in an audio track
2) Activate record in the transport
3) Activate Play (Record)
4) Stop
5) Activate record in the transport
6) Deactivate record in the transport
