samplv1

It may be advantageous to add a parameter to samplv1 to set a loop mode that allows: forward, reverse and alternate. Forward would be normal behaviour like now. reverse would play the loop from end point to start point and alternate would alternate between forwards and reverse. Reverse may seem an odd option but I have seen it elsewhere. Alternate would give a bounce effect that some find useful.

It may be advantageous to allow the quantity of loops to be defined, so that the loop is played that many times and then the tail of the sample is played.

Be patient if this question makes no sense but I'm new to all of this.

Hello guys, first time here...
Coming from Lmms I was serching for a Fileprocessor alternative. Samplv1 is what I was looking for but there's a big issue: everytime I open a project, I need to reload the sample (sample or preset is the same)! It's a pain. So, am I doing something wrong ? Not very useable in this way..

First of all Hallo and THANK YOU for great opensource software! (Please excuse my ignorance but until now I was completely unaware that the same person is behind Vee One, qjackctl, qsampler, qtractor etc etc...like seriously WTF?!?! You ROCK man!!!
Anyways I have a question concerning samplv1: Is there a possibility to preview sample file before actually loading it? Like, you know, just by clicking on it in browser window - it doesn't seem to work for me but probably I'm just dumb.

Ehi, how it comes that after I run the upgrade from Xubuntu 16.04 LTS to 18.04 LTS Samplv1 e Drumkv1 have a different look into my DAW?! Is that normal?!

Hi Rui,
i've noticed since a few weeks that i cannot set the Loop type to Fade. It does not switch to ON anymore

Tested on the LV2 version only

what i notice that, even when the GEN1 Offset is not On anymore, the Start Loop still acts as thou it is. When i move the Start Loop slider all the way to the left to 0, it stops at the point where once the Offset had its Offset locater.

(ALL my videos concern the LV2 version of Samplv1)

Sorry to have to make a new thread for the same issue, but it seems the only way to be able to attach another video in this forum.

i tried to make some sense with the automatable LV2 but i find it impossible to predict where the Start and End Loop locaters will end up :(
And i can't tell when the CC value is higher than 127 or lower than 0, there's no feedback. I think sometimes the locaters do not catch-up and stay glued where they are. They don't react anymore.
