Workaround for the strange audio clip sync/aligning/processing issue

As you know I have some strange issues that in some cases audio clips are played a bit too early especially when there are many clips that are produced when I have to split a big vocals clip to align parts of the vocals. Another issue that is reproducable on my weak machine (Core i5-2500T) is some crackling when an audio clip is retuned with rubberband finer enginge and formant preserve in a loop.

I found a workaround: automated mute/unmute just before the clip. Maybe it can avoid other glitches, too.
