1. some knobs are misleading, because when you can only switch something on/off, they are not needed
i agree. at some moment i was planning to replace those on/off knobs with some toggle buttons, but hey, i'm still procrastinating it :)

2. some abbreviations are difficult to decipher for a beginner like me (like DCO, DCF, DCA etc.; I know only LFO)
aha. no problem: you'll get it easy: DCO is for digitally controlled oscillator (as opposing to the old analog-era acronym VCO, voltage controlled oscillator); DCF for digitally controlled filter (old VCF) and now you may infer immediiately that DCA is for digitally controlled amplifier (ex-VCA);

3. some labels are not fully visible - e. g. in the DEF1 section: pitchbend, modwheel, pressure
yep, known issue. though it depends a lot on which widget style or theme or font you're settled for your desktop environment (DE).

4. you can't change wave shape when scrolling mouse over the knob (works only scrolling over the list)
that was already addressed on svn trunk.

5. the screens' color could follow some system color
yeah, you're not alone on this one too. but i really like that golden hue on dark themes :)

6. jack version seems not to work (no sound), only lv2; I had no problems with compilation (on debian testing amd64)
as 4. most probably is already fixed on svn trunk.

ps. you can treat yourself with the latest snapshots if you dare ;)
