wth! yes, you're probably quite right :)

i've been asking to the proponents of the new icon to make it scalable (svg) at least. however, i believe, the new icon was crafted under a blender raster lair.... whatever

guess that, at the end of the day, i'll have to scale it down to regular standard 32x32px myself.... oh my!

.21 will make it so, i hope :)
