have no clue of what's happening then,...

tried to replicate in very similar scenarios as you've shown in the example screenshots (long clip, view-port on loop range, on and off playback rolling, etc.) but nothing seems to snap back as you tell, sorry...

there must be something else... :)

can you reproduce it at will and make a screen-cast video of it, please?
