I've tried everything to reproduce the video's behavior without success.
I know it has nothing to do with it... could it be the window manager?
I'm using XFCE.
Resizing the mixer restores focus. So I came up with this crazy hypothesis:
Could Qt somehow be sending signals to the window manager when looping due to some library involved in the looping process?
I don't think it's something with Qtractor; it could be Qt itself with your computer's configuration.
Try installing another manager temporarily to clear up any doubts if you consider it appropriate.
Although, as I said, it's a very crazy hypothesis.
