I'll start off by thanking the hard work that has gone into qpwgraph, it has made huge progress and it's a great tool.

However there is one thing that still makes it unusable for pro audio: the lack of persistent audio connections across session restarts. In QPWGraph, the Exclusive/Activate buttons are unreliable and the functionality is very hit or miss, which makes it essentially as if it wasn't there.

Hi Rui, I know you're on vacation.
What I'm saying here isn't urgent, or even essential (but I do think it would be useful).

I finally realized that my suspicions about PipeWire were based on flawed assumptions.
Also, while technically it is more inaccurate than Jack, in practice its performance and resource management are better. And we keep adding, greater versatility and ease of management.

Hi Rui,

the keyboard shortcuts CTRL-0 etc do not work under Mint Cinnamon, they do with Ubuntu Studio LTS with the Plasma Desktop. The context menu does not show up every time using the right mouse button.

I don't know how to debug this any further :-)

HI- new to the forums.

I have been using qpwgraph for the last year and it is very useful.
However having upgraded to the latest ( 5.2) I find it unusable.
I have it installed on Pop Os - on two laptops, and the behaviour is the same on both.
It opens fine, but the minute I try to save something with the patchbay, it locks up and I have to kill it using System manager.

It also refuses to save any configurations.
Amazingly frustrating.

Anybody else having this??
