Reverse playing/editing MIDI

Hi.

In some audio editors like Audacity one can make an audio track to reverse, so it plays from the end to the beginning, even though, the editor itself plays from the beginning to the end. Is it possible to do this with MIDI tracks in Qtractor - I couldn't find any solution to this?

I would like to edit a recorded MIDI track and after editing it plays all notes in reverse, so from the end to the beginning, though the song plays from beginning to the end. Or in other words: recording a long line of notes from the lowest to the highest notes, duplicate the track/part, make it a real track/part (to not change the original recording), edit the track/part and it will play the notes from the highest to the lowest score.

nope.

you may only edit and reverse the notes on a MIDI clip but that will be a permanent change (cf. MIDI Tools > Transpose > Reverse)

there are no plans to ever implement reverse playback.
sorry.

That's exactly what I was looking for. Just didn't notice the "Reverse" check-box somehow...

Thanks.
