Lib changes with Ubuntu 22.04?

Big positive for the things!

Annoyed with the bug report system...once you sign up to the sourceforge list, there's no indication of the email address to use.

Qtractor was working fine, post this upgrade, no.

qtractor: /home/danny/anaconda3/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.29' not found (required by /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/librubberband.so.2)

As far as I can see I have recent versions of all those things, plus the dev bits, but some kind of version incompatibility..?

I just bought a Reaper license. I'm not proud. But I had a MIDI out issue and dived to Qtractor, because I knew that worked...only this time it didn't.
