Hi,
I'm using uJam plugins with yabrigde and they work fine. However, I discovered that I cannot drag and drop midi from the plugin to its own track. I need to put the midi into another track. Plus, the cursor shows the denied/forbidden icon all the time.
I attached a video for you to see the issue.
Thanks

re. Cannot drag and drop midi file from a plugin
hi, yes it's all working as supposed to, not a bug nor reason to panic here :)
as a rule, whole midi files (SMFs) can only get dropped into either of the following:
a) to the main tracks view blank area, for which all tracks will be imported on a per Mtrk/channel basis (depending whether its a format 0 or 1);
b) to the MIDI Files window (usually on the right pane, if visible); from there you can choose to drag one track (Mtrk) or one single channel sub-item and only these may be made available to drop correctly into an existing MIDI track;
hth.
cheers
Panic not! :-)
Panic not! :-)
Ok, I will try both methods.
Thank you!
re. Cannot drag and drop midi file from a plugin
as seen on the screencast, you already succeeded with method a:)
cheers
I also did succeeded with
I also did succeeded with method b :-)
About method a) correct me if I'm wrong, but as showed on the screencast, I cannot drop the midi on the same track as the plugin is. Is that correct?
re. Cannot drag and drop midi file from a plugin
you cannot drop the MIDI file on any existing MIDI track; you can only drop MIDI clips--as one single part of a Mtrk/channel--into existing MIDI tracks.

Got it! Thank you :-)
