Hi Rui,

What you say is "alsa" (sic) right! Do the documentation home work.

Appreciate your help, & I'll try to check in on the forum here from time to time (I downloaded your synth program... no luck getting it to work... but I haven't tried to hard, at the moment, wanting to get sound into my linux box, happening).
