Semi-automatic latency compensaion

I have tracks that aren't directly connected to the Master Out bus but to a chain of buses:
Track -> bus1 -> bus2 -> Master out
So the latency that I get when recording audio is greater than Qtractor assumes. For example Qtractor adds in the clip an offset of 75 ms but I have to adjust it to 290 ms in each clip.
Is there a way to tell qtractor which latency it should assume?

Sorry, it's not 75/290 ms but 75/290 "T" (as in BBT).

none in qtractor itself, but on JACK (advanced) settings parameters -I and -O, extra input and output latency (in frames)
