Good to hear qtr isn't shunning sub-plugins. I was getting quite concerned for a short while! :)

I've just quickly tested your recommendation and it seems to be a valid workaround. zebralette is the only sub-plugin I use currently so I just need to have a session thats empty except for having 1-track with zebralette loaded. If I want to use it on more than 1 track I can just copy it to additional tracks in the mixer. I'd prefer it if there was no need for the dummy plugin option but working round it isn't painful once you know how. Hopefuly this will fix the stability issues I've been having when using Zebra.

One prob fades only to be replaced by another of course. I'm sure qtr used to have red/green/grey status icons for all the cc channels in the automation menu? Were they removed? If so, how do I tell which tracks contain automation data now? Maybe this is a theme issue? I'm running the Cinnamon desktop under Arch.
