Crash when creating an audio or midi track

If I click Add track and in that menu go to "..." (creation menu) BEFORE choosing an option with the radio button (audio or midi) and just leave nothing chosen, once I create the track and click OK, Qtractor would crash. This bug has been around for a long time.

Ouch... see if you can make it crash with svn trunk rev.1599 (qtractor 0.4.6.18+)...

- Standard warning Apply button is now only shown when
dismissing dialog changes are actually valid.
